August 18th - November 22nd: M - F, 3pm to 8pm | weekends, 8am to 9pm
November 24th & 25th: Portland, OR | 8am - 9pm

Appointment Request Steps:

Complete the Appointment Request Form and hit “Send” at the bottom.
Send required screening information (one or more of the following: photo of yourself with your ID, or LinkedIn profile, or business website) to corrieaspen@protonmail.com.
Check your inbox for appointment confirmation.
Send deposit to Corrie’s CashApp: $corrieaspen
